Data We Collect

When you register on senkoplastic, we collect your name, email address, company name, billing information, and campaign data. We also collect usage data — pages visited, features used, and session duration — to improve the platform.

Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system) is collected automatically when you access the platform. This data is used for security verification and fraud prevention.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to operate your account, process payments, deliver advertising campaigns, detect fraud, and send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, campaign alerts). We do not use your data to run ads targeting you on third-party platforms.

Cookies

senkoplastic uses functional cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your dashboard settings. We also use analytics cookies (via a self-hosted instance) to understand aggregate platform usage.

You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings at any time. Disabling functional cookies may affect your ability to stay logged into the platform.

Data Sharing

We share data with payment processors (for billing), fraud detection vendors (for IVT filtering), and cloud infrastructure providers (for hosting). All third parties are contractually required to process data only for the purposes we specify and under equivalent security standards.

Security

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Sensitive fields (passwords, payment tokens) are never stored in plain text. senkoplastic undergoes annual third-party security audits, with the most recent completed in February 2026.

Access to personal data within the company is restricted to personnel who need it to perform their role, controlled via role-based access permissions.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To submit a request, email our data team at privacy@senkoplastic. We respond to all verified requests within 30 days, in accordance with info@senkoplastic.com applicable data protection law.

Third-Party Links

The senkoplastic platform may contain links to publisher sites and partner networks. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies independently before sharing personal data.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, personal data is deleted within 90 days. Anonymized campaign performance data may be retained for up to 36 months for internal analytics and fraud modeling.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy was last updated on January 1, 2026. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new policy takes effect. Continued use of senkoplastic after that date constitutes acceptance.
