Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an advertising campaign on senkoplastic, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. senkoplastic reserves the right to update them at any time, with changes communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days in advance.

Permitted Use

You may use senkoplastic to create, manage, and fund advertising campaigns for lawful products and services. Campaigns promoting illegal goods, malware, deceptive offers, or content prohibited under applicable law are not permitted and will be terminated without refund.

Liability

senkoplastic provides the platform on an 'as-is' basis. We do not guarantee any specific campaign outcome, conversion rate, or return on ad spend. Performance data shown in the dashboard is provided for informational purposes.

Our maximum liability to any advertiser is capped at the total amount deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim. senkoplastic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Intellectual Property

Creative assets (banners, copy, landing pages) uploaded by advertisers remain the intellectual property of the advertiser. By uploading them, you grant senkoplastic a non-exclusive license to display them as part of your campaign.

Limitation on Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of verified ad fraud exceeding 5% of campaign spend, platform downtime exceeding 24 continuous hours, or at senkoplastic's sole discretion for unresolved billing disputes.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant campaign period. Requests submitted after this window will not be processed.

Third-Party Integrations

senkoplastic integrates with third-party tracking platforms, affiliate networks, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services, and their own terms of service apply.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. senkoplastic uses TLS encryption for all data in transit and stores passwords as salted hashes. Report suspected unauthorized access to support immediately.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Campaign performance data may be retained in anonymized form for up to 36 months for fraud detection and platform analytics purposes.

Changes to These Terms

senkoplastic will notify registered users of material changes to these Terms via email with a minimum of 14 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
